Motogp 2019

Yamaha still seem well off the pace compared to Honda and Ducati. Rossi can't keep bailing them out of the shit forever
yep. So much for the investment and the much talked about test programme Yamaha spouted during the shenanigans at the end of last season. Rossi has already used up his aero upgrade as well for this season and found it made not a jot of difference

Marquez a second a lap quicker than everybody else  Looks like he really wants to wipe the floor with everybody else tonight
Ridiculous gap for a modern motogp race something like 12 seconds at one point. His gaffer was hanging ower the barrier telling him to calm it as well, cracking race further back though with Vale and Dovi and Jack Miller having a go with Rins

Quartararo very quickly becoming the star of the season. Youngest ever rider to get back-to-back poles in the top class

Superb ride from Vinales. Looks to have his confidence back at last, hopefully he can join Rins and Quartararo in challenging Marquez over the next few years

This season definitely has an 'end of an era' feel to it as far as Rossi and Lorenzo are concerned. The pair of them are absolutely miles off the pace and it's pretty difficult to imagine them ever winning again.

I`m not too sure. Rossi perhaps has reached that point but is Jorge being made to look worse than he is because he`s paired up with Marquez?

Think Lorenzo's at the point now where his body is starting to give up on him and Puig has made it very clear that he's not happy with his performances at all so it wouldn't be a great surprise if he's not on the Honda next year. His post-race interview today is as low and demoralised as I've ever heard him.

Lorenzo doesn't seem to be anywhere near full fitness - physically and perhaps mentally a bit too. He's looks a bit of a broken man, maybe not surprising given who his team mate is and how he's doing...

Honda could struggle a bit if Marquez got injured - a bit like Stoner when he was at Ducati and at Honda, the bike seems to have been developed to his very particular style, and no other rider can seem to ride it anywhere near as well as he can. Just ask Cal and Jorge...

Hasn't Rossi got another year on his Yamaha contract? Might we possibly see him and Quartararo swapping seats for 2020? Or perhaps doing 2020 as a first year for Team VR46 with a Yamaha in MotoGP...?

Well. What do you say to that? trying not to spoil if you havent seen it yet but a bit of a dull race till later. Looking at this Honda are fucked if they ever lose Marquez. Jorge nowhere again and Cal`s bike looking like its been trying to kill him all weekend. Yamaha`s seemed a lot more on form than was expected mind

Marquez is pretty much at the point now where you could stick him on any bike on the grid and he'd probably win the championship. Similar to Rossi in the mid-00's.
