Should be a 10 second cut off. If they can't tell after 1 or 2 quick replays, then it's not worth pulling up.

Some of these decisions take 2 or 3 minutes. Pathetic.

My 6 year old is taking an interest so he sometimes watches it on Sunday mornings.
