For the right money he’s exactly what we need to compete with Roberts. While he doesn’t have the same level of technique as Roberts his shooting is far superior. We really need that player who can unlock them tight games and he fits the bill. Yes hasn’t been as regular this season, he carried Plymouth last. But put him in our team where he will be getting the ball more regular in higher areas of the pitch I think it would be a guaranteed extra 7-9 points from now to the end of the season.

Despite his form dropping off this year I'd imagine they'd still be after a hefty fee after turning down similar offers we had for Clarke from Lazio last season
