Surely, there's a compromise between the ECB bending over and taking it up the proverbial arse and cutting off it's nose to spite its face?

Total cockup by all involved. Typical.

I think the ECB have played a blinder. I'm sure his Adidas deals are linked to being an England player, and I'm sure he never thought for one minute that he would be dropped over this.

I reckon you'll see an apology from Pietersen very soon.
