It doesn't matter if he was tellin him summit obvious or not. The fact that he was doin it at all shows him up for the snidely fucker he obviously is. Dunno how you can defend him tbh.

There's a difference between poking fun at your own teammates and poking fun at your teammates with the opposition.

Do you seriously think other players text their mates on the opposition team slagging off their team mates and giving advice on how to get their captain out? Piss takes between team mates happen all the time, from village level up to test level, it's part of team spirit. I imagine team mates in village sides do it on twitter/facebook as well where it's perfectly conceivable that opponents could see it. The problem was that KP not only took the piss out of his team mates to mates of his on the opposing team, but he also did it during the match.

Give yer head a shake man, we're better off without a poisonous attitude like that in our team. Just look at the way Bairstow and Bell have looked to step up to the mark in this test. The fact they're not as naturally talented as KP is irrelevant. They're displaying the right attitude and I'm sure the majority of cricket fans would much rather see our players playing with the right attitude than one of swanning around taking the piss out of team mates and the country he represents.

The point is I pay to watch the game and prefer to see the best players on show. The fact that having the best players helps England to win helps as well like. Aye he's a dick, but he's a very talented dick so we need to find a way of getting him back in the eleven.

This! Much rather watch 11 decent players giving their all who are proud to represent their country and have respect for their team mates than 10 decent players having their morale taking a kicking from the 1 world class dickhead who thinks he can say and do whatever he wants and act like he's doing the team and the country a favour just by being there.

Yes, and KP wasn't our only talented player. We have a wealth of talented players in the side, maybe not as good as him, but still good enough to make a game of it against anyone in the world.

It's both. Can't think of many teams who've been successful with no team spirit. Are you more or less likely to want to go the extra yard for a lad who goes on like a bell end and who you wouldn't trust not to stab you in the back?

I personally want to move on from him.

We have got players coming through, he is not as important as he thinks he is.

For me he is out and should stay out, the game soon moves on.

If Taylor went on a got a match winning hundred this innings then, cya later KP.
