What am I complaining about? I welcome debate on these issues, and I don’t take sides because I appreciate how nuanced history is.

What on earth has the Schlesinger book got to with owt? People have known about American imperialism since time immemorial. Schlesinger is fair on Nixon but he also backed Kennedy to the hilt because he was his advisor, despite the fact Kennedy invaded south Vietnam as early as 62.
