I would suggest getting to the ticket office as early as possible to avoid the queue, but 100 % they will sort you out, happened to me a few seasons back when the season card I had would not work so they gave me a paper one for that game. You may have to pay a small charge as you have misplaced yours rather than a fault with your card.

Many a time I’ve come home blootered and put it somewhere different, thankfully I have a wife that knows this and come midday on a match day when I say have you seen my season ticket wallet she knows exactly where it is.
