Was that this weeks episode? I still have it recorded so watched the end again and I didn't hear him mention Ant at all. He just says thanks to everyone for their love and support throughout the series.

But I think this is why we have the minute silence at the end of the year. Not that I'd begrudge anyone participating but myself and I guess most others will not be paying attention to the clock anyway

I watched the whole show on Saturday night and didn't hear him mention Ant at all & he definitely doesn't mention him right at the end. Probably one of these made up things that gets repeated so many times it becomes 'the truth'.

I don't see the problem, if you want to join in then join in and if you don't want to then don't. Would be nice if it happened though.
