Mind the Gap

Journalist guest on tonight’s Totalsport is a mag fan from 4-4-2 calling himself “Ketch”.
His take on us is RLB has done well so will be in big demand, and would worry for us if we lost him
They just can’t help themselves, have to put a negative slant on our success.

They haven’t done well and I’d be more concerned who their next manager will be given the financial constraints they are operating under. Horses for courses isn’t it!

they're all over the place mind. its great to hear them.

Eddie has huge credit in the bank...pop cup.
Cant take us to the next level.
He's tired.
He's lost the dressing room.
Wa need a rebilled.

We've absolutely finished them.
If we can just finish the job.
Could easily be a 7 point gap by Satda night.

Don't mention horses in relation to that lot.
For a team of their standing they have had a good season. Good cup run and into knock out stage of, granted flawed, European competition.
Unfortunately a lot of their more vocal support have unrealistic views to the point of spitting out dummies and tantrums.
By comparison we went out of cups at the hands of Huddersfield and Port Vale.

He couldn’t get his head around a little league table he’d done about club grounds which are nearest to a Greggs, which of course had the shit tip top of the league.

SAFC fans had responded (humorously) to some incorrect geographical information that moved us down his “Greggs league”.

He was incredulous that SAFC fans would do that.

Shows the difference between both sets of fans we can laugh and joke but mags would spit dummies if they weren’t seen to be at the top of even a “Greggs” league. 😂 😂

Mind the Greggs app gap

I've got a feeling they'll get something against Arsenal, will just take a daft moment that the mags seem to get plenty of and Arsenal heads will be gone.

Hopefully we'll have beaten Forest though so won't make a difference.

I’ve a feeling we may end up higher than them at end of season -imagine after all the money they’ve spent we catch them in one season.
Would have been very difficult to think that was possible before our first game v West Ham .

That is the irony of wanting to qualify for Europe. Most on here are in favour of writing off cup competitions.

Pretty sure our academy would become Newcastle's academy, they would get all the best talent.

Just shows what can happen in football over a short period of time

Tbf we only say it to take the piss out of it being their only crack any time they were above us.
Its good crack, as the Mags had us relegated with less points than Sheff Wed currently have.
Before a ball was even kicked this season.

Its screwing with their brains that we are above them & taken 6 points off them this season.
They wouldnt be having the melt down if we weren't in this league.
They thought we were gone, we would never be back in the top flight. Let alone in this league and actually performing well.
The so called richest club were supposed to be competing with Europes elite.
