I'd be surprised if he even gets a Championship loan this season, another season in Eastern Europe most likely imo, if we keep him.

I agree and at the moment he's one of the last people who we'd want to replace, but you never know what's down the line. I think it would be prudent to sign a young back-up / competition for him and it's not beyond the realms of possibility that we may be interested in a young goalscoring midfielder in the summer, (I think we were linked to one) You never know how injuries and form will play out.

We thought we had a cheat code when we signed Chris Mepham, it was hard to imagine at the time, but a few short months later he wasn't in the team. Lorik Cana was 'next level' lost his place, Lamine Kone - hero to zero etc. I'm not sure if they are the best examples but hopefully you get the gist.

Taking our red and white specs off for a minute too, although we think Le Fee is the bees knees, most of the teams above us have a better version and arguably some below us too.
