We need numbers in that position so it's a good signing in that respect but he's going to be 6th choice so can't be described as a "brilliant signing" at this moment in time.
I bet most people describing him as that haven't even seen him play. I actually saw a poster last night gushing about him because of the "research" he'd done.

I don’t know much at all about the lad but he seems highly rated as a youngster and has already made stand out contributions to the senior team.
I would imagine he’s not one to demand a starting place immediately but there’s nothing wrong with planning for the future especially when we already have a strong midfield.

No of course not, but he could well turn out to be better than some of our midfielders, but it'll take some doing!
I've seen clips of him play and he really does look like a very good player, but it's RLB who's been tracking him for a while and I trust his judgement. What I am seeing is that RLB is the best scout we have. Competition, a good investment, lots of positives with this signing imo.

And maybe you've overrating Le Bris at the moment? It's been a really encouraging start but let's not start going overboard.
For the record, I don't think Aleksic is a bad signing but don't think there's any way he can be described as a "brilliant signing" right now.

He certainly does have a big influence over transfers and it's clear that KLD and Speakman trust his judgement. Took a while, but they've made a wise choice in appointing a head coach who can work with them.

Jesus wept. He looks talented but the Championship is one hell of a step up in quality. He's going to need a lot of time to adapt to the pace.Seems like the lad can play deeper or further forward, nice versatility to have. Plus looks like he was captain as well for 2 games which suggests a good personality to have in the team!
