Some brilliant films there mind, I agree with The Man Who Would Be King, classic performances by Caine and Connery.

Agree, there is also no way his role in Harry Brown is worse than his role in Miss Congeniality.

I went to London with my Mam when I was a teenager. She took me to see Death Trap at the theatre. The Michael Caine part was played by William Franklin who was the fella with the deep booming baritone voice that some people may remember from ‘Masterspy’ on the telly. I think this was before the Michael Caine fillum

I'm not sure I'd put Zulu that high. It's a tremendous film, arguably the best he's been in, but I don't particularly think it's a tremendous film particularly because of him.

Caine isn't one of my favourite actors but I have a soft spot for him in California Suite with Maggie Smith.
