I don't think he does to be honest, he doesn't react positively or negatively. Granted, you'd probably expect a neutral co-commentator to show more of a reaction to a 90th minute winner but if that was me witnessing a Mag winner against us I'd look far more gutted than that. There's not enough there to criticise him for and imo it's a complete overreaction that's been brewing since his commentary for Sky when we played Leeds.

When he first moved back to the North East from Australia he came to a couple of our games in either League One or first Championship season as a fan and brought his kids - why would he do that if he supposedly hates us?

Yep 👍🏻 noticed a bit unfair I thought as at half time people probably just went down for a drink. Him and Dawnie couldn’t hide their delight. 😠

Nowhere near half. Loads went to the concourse after the 3rd or 4th goal (probably for a pint) but there was plenty in the ground 2nd half.
