Mi Box Android TV issue

Does anyone have a fix for the problem I’m having just now with my MiBox, I can’t access the settings menu so I can connect to my wifi. Every time i click on it nothing happens at all it just seems to hang and won’t open.

Have you tried rebooting it? Or better, removing the power cable entirely - wait 10 seconds, then reconnect.

Yeah done that had it off for over an hour I can select every other option apart from the bloody settings menu so I can’t connect to my Wi-Fi
l have even tried getting the International pass but can’t see it on SAFC Live only the audio

How old is it ? Either wipe it and start again or buy a new one.

It’s just over a year old, how do I wipe it without being able to access the settings menu?

Not sure if related. Same thing has happened with a firestick, few days ago , wont boot just hangs.
