13-14 mins in? Rooney thinks we’ll struggle next year
They don't look at teams on merit. Which would mean doing some work researching. They just come out with the same old lines.

Didn't deserve to go up from the Playoffs last year. Basically were battered by Sheff Utd. - We weren't, if their 2nd goal had counted we may have been.
Bought too many players. - That's a standard response to any team that buys a lot. - He obviously didn't look at who we bought in, just the amount.

They obviously all just quote from the Summarisers bible.

Guardian football weekly , despite having 2 Sunderland fans (glendenning and Jonathan Wilson) ... Spent about 3 mins on Sunderland

First 26 mins was about spurs and West ham
Another 10 mins on pep
Loads of patter about the guard of honour , then a decent chunk on Keith Andrews and Brentford who finished 9th..

Anyone heard anything from the so called North East Reporters of The Mail & The Telegraph. who are normally all over a European Qualification and how its good for the region
Wonder what they'll be doing on Thursday nights next season....surely they won't have the balls to show up as 'North East Correspondents'. Imagine the hypocrisy.

Piss poor if that’s true.

BBC spent quite a bit talking about us but there was a Sunderland fan on there. Not to insult anyone but it was a bit of a waffle shop.

No reports on our match by Luke (I’m a mag but pretend to be impartial) or Craig (black and white eyes) at the daily mail for our game. 😔

There’s a report in the telegraph by someone called Matt but it’s behind a pay wall. Don’t think there was a report in the fail at all.

Anyone who can’t see through his facade regarding us needs serious help. He f***ing hates us the slanty eyed ****.
There is absolutely no way we will ever get a fair shake from him regarding anything this club achieves. Playing days long behind him, richly rewarded for them. He's a failed manager and a blatantly biased pundit. Monotone, arrogant, uniformed and clearly holds a grudge against one of the biggest clubs in English football and potential European competition winners.
BBC need to drop him ASAP.

Watched an hour long program wrapping up the final day's play. Was on Fubo, which has the Canadian rights to the Premier league.

Never watched the weekly wrap before cos usually when the games are spaced out i see five or six games live and that's enough..plus they usually cut to the goals scored in games going on at the same time.

Anyhow..in order: Arsenal..fair enough. Man City..Ok there's Pep, West Ham and Spurs combo. yep relegation fight that's fair..Liverpool..mmm. well there;'s Salah I suppose, Brighton game?..OK Man Utd..what else can you say...on it went..but then when they showed a total dead rubber - Fulham V mags it was beyond ridiculous..and then, second from last ..step right up Burnley V Wolves.

We were dead last. Beating the World Champions to get to Europe as a promoted team and yet barely a mention before the ads rolled.

Normally not to bothered about the lack of media attention but this has pissed me off a bit, are we just that irrelevant to the outside world?

Anyone heard anything from the so called North East Reporters of The Mail & The Telegraph. who are normally all over a European Qualification and how its good for the region
Craig Hope has yet to say/tweet anything about us, Luke Edwards give us some mention in some shite thing no-one will read, Caulkin hasn't mentioned us either but it's funny though when we appointed Di Canio all of a sudden they starting talking about us, strange that.
