I was referring to Gale not Moxon. I wasn't aware that Moxon had used that term or had approved of its usage nor would I myself. I was of the belief,however,that he had been ruled to have been unfairly dismissed.
I certainly wouldn't approve of Gale being reinstated
Moxon not Gale to be reinstated
1st sentence should have read referring to Moxon not Gale.
