If all his injuries were muscle related you might have a point but to use a broken foot caused by a stamp as evidence he’s injury prone .... come on be realistic

This. the fact he's not fit yet is because he was playing with the broken foot till the back end of May as well. Not quite sure how he can be classed as injury prone give despite being injured at the start and end of the season he still played about 39 games at 33 year old.

I've just watched (and thoroughly enjoyed) the video interview. McGeady appears to be intelligent, articulate & honest. He can play a bit anarl. I'm chuffed he's extended his contract: it seems he genuinely wants to be here, with us.

Good deal for all parties. McGeady gets an extra year & gets to stay, club gets to save money on this years wage & as fans we get to watch him play. No question that he was the best attacking player in the division last year, regardless of if Collins won the PFA award ahead of him.
