Just our match for me at the Stadium of Light. I'm driving up so no alcohol but will be listening to the local radio stations on route to check the progress of Middlesbrough and South Shields in their important play-off games.

Really tough match tomorrow and they have got to be favourites. Having said that, it is the sort of game that we will be up for so tough one to call. Hoping we can get something though and be a bit more pre Christmas Sunderland!

Will be difficult but let's hope the players are up for it, as the last home game was a disaster. Hopefully should be better than the Forest game, would be nice to get a win against a big team.

Brought my son up to the Peak District tonight as his company has a team building event tomorrow. Worlks well as it's half way up to SR5 for me.

I'll be at the SOL (Day 24 of no beer), doing a half time interview about tue charity bike ride. Hopefully that will generate more donations to the magnificent organisation that is the BLF.

Probably watch Boro and us (somehow).
Last time I watched Man U at the SOL was the Agueeerrooo day, now that was a good laugh even though we lost. I think there was an amazing 360° picture of the crowd taken that day too, I wish I could see that pic again, anyone else remember it?.

Morning @thamesvalleyman I hope you get a good cheer at the SOL today, are you going to take a bucket with you - mebbes @Jack Ford will lend you one 😆 Good luck with it anyway, might see you on MOTD .
