Been out on the bike again before taking my son to the Peak District tomorrow and I will head up to Sunderland on Saturday.

Watched the Villa game earlier, Forest were woeful.

No beer for me on Friday, will be Day 23 of no beer. Might watch Hull v Millwall, not sure yet.
