Frustrating game today, 11 v 11 and we easily win that game. Insult to injury that Dan Ballard's season is over now.

Day 18 of no beer on Sunday, planning to do a long bike ride as the 13th May gets ever closer. Not sure about the football.

Ballard's sending off was pivotal which was a shame as we started well. Wolves were very poor and we would have beaten them if not for a silly red card but we dug in so happy with a point at the end having played with 10 men for over an hour, suppose decent result. Bit disappointed but worse things happen, at least it’s a point and we are mathematically safe and 4 points from the top 6. Every Sunderland supporter on the planet would have taken that before the season started! What an amazing season we’ve had. Best for decades. Congrats to the team and all concerned on safety and the season.

Usual Sunday morning routine of household chores (sorry jobs), big shop and Sunday lunch with the family but might watch the Premier League match on Sky Sports Main Event tomorrow teatime if I have the opportunity, will and inclination
