Graft will be interesting tomorrow - I expect the tearoom of doom and gloom will be even gloomier than usual following the result on the South Coast. Perhaps a game of "I Spy" could lift spirits (or possibly not)....

Might watch the Premier League match on Sky Sports Main Event if I have the opportunity, will and inclination.

Had a fairly quiet day in SR5 , although met up with Sir Tom and Ray for a coffee. Aaron the Everton supporter has arrived in Sunderland, and we just had a bite to eat while planning our tactics for the bike ride tomorrow. Was half watching the Southampton v Boro game while getting my things ready.

Nervous and excited for the ride tomorrow, we have a photoshoot at SOL first before we set off. Will update pictures on here. Day 28 of no beer, not sure if any football. We're planning to meet the running lads, will join them for a non alcoholic drink.
