Matty Potts


He is 3 or so years older than me. I remember when I was playing for the DCB and Potts was playing for IIRC Philadelphia. Made a name for himself even back then and I think he then went to Washington who were quite strong at the time having just come out of the Coast League (?).Was in the county setup at a young age.

I'm at Lords on Saturday so hopefully I'll see him make his test debut.

My daughter and Matty opened the batting and bowling for Phili u13s and 15s, when Graeme Weeks was helping with the coaching.

Could argue about Brydon Carse 🤔 Started off on a development contract aged about 20 back in 2016 .
