Relegated teams are jammed full of players who aren't good enough to keep their team in the top flight. That's common sense. They get relegated for a reason.

There are a few relegated players who are above the level of their peers and worth signing but they're few and far between. If signing relegated players is fine with you then fair enough. Best of luck with them.

Never been a fan of signing relegated players. There are obvious exceptions but you ultimately reap what you sow. Sign average/poor players - become poor/average.
