Mario Tennis has been around for 18 years ya dafty.

The fact there's 7 different courts all with unique stage events ranging from piranha plants popping up blocking your shot to a desert so the ball doesn't bounce at all the replaybility of this game will be insane if you include Doubles Tennis also.

There was Super Tennis on the SNES, which was a bit of a forerunner, 25 years ago iirc (no Mario though). I also remember having Tennis and Golf on my Gameboy colour which both featured Mario.

Doubles Tennis with Simple (special moves turned off) rules is great craic.
Rallies which last a good 5-10 minutes.

Don't like Standard rules at all, just becomes a Special Shot fest, a bit repetitive so I always stick with Simple.

What are some good games to get on switch? Mines gathering dust.

I bought Skyrim....again (that's 5 different versions I have now!) It is bloody brilliant on switch and the first time I've hammered it since back on PS3. Runs smooth as fuck too. Still has the same bugs but nevertheless it's class on the handheld.

It was no Smash Tennis; now that was a great game.

Had Golf on the gameboy too; weirdly easier to chip in than to putt
