Probably,I suspect, a synopsis of what he said on Tuesday evening.

Hard to nab players from the small pool available.

Brexit and Ireland becoming a test nation has shut off routes we previously had to bolster our squad.

This years division two sides have already seen their best players nabbed from mainly division one sides(or recently relegated Du Plooy/Middlesex off the top of my head)
