I know the saudis aren't mentioned there. I said the report 2 or 3 weeks ago which broke the story said it would be 10-10-80 between the 3 parties mentioned.

thats because incompetent journalists think the saudi fund and pcp are the same thing..
the saudi fund may be invested in pcp..but thats largely irelelveat..they have no more rights than any other investor in it..

The article you're sharing from Louise Keys says they aren't mentioned in the initial documents today.

Given that you erroneously thought Newcastle paid in installments for players, and had debts of £200m less than half an hour ago, you seem to be speaking with total authority on this as well, contradicting what the majority or reports are saying and not cross checking your sources.

It'll be the same as the Man City deal. Staverly broke that and citys owners didnt get put onto the deal until after it went through.
