I was going to say must be the shortest loan of all time but we used to sign players on a months loan all the time didn't we. different days.
 
Last line about the strong relationship is telling

If we didn't agree likely the last player we ever get from them

This way we get a bit of dosh, sign a striker permanently and use the rumoured £5m to pay a loan fee and sign a winger

Honestly seems like a deal that worked out really well for us. If it's £5m, it covers the Geertruida loan fee and the Traore purchase.
