I can't understand that. I logged on about 9.30am on two phones and a laptop. My queue positions were approximately 9800, 10200, 10400. I was at fron of queue about 10.25am. One through up an error message and the other two defaulted to a page showing all home matches except Man Utd. Was not surprised because clearly there were not 10000 tickets for sale but fail to see how you got any a couple of thousand places behind me in queue. :cry:

That happened with me mate, I had a few different devices and one of my phones was around 2500 in the queue, when I got in no man u game then I realised I was not logged into my account on that phone, I pressed the login tab and logged in without it kicking me off the site so proceeded to get what I wanted. Have to say you were unlucky with those queue positions considering you had 3 devices on the go.

If you weren't logged on they wouldn't show the Man Utd tickets as you wouldn't meet the criteria.
If they let you logon 3 times on different devices they clearly haven't got good anti-cheat software!

They don't use any software like that as far as im aware, at least if they do it's not working. I normally have 7 different devices on the go and im usually logged into my account on all of them.
 
I joined the queue at around 9.30, then forgot about it. Logged on at 10.42 and got straight in, managed to get 2 together in row 22 of concourse.
I've received the email from the club, but it didn't have the download ticket bit.

Thanks -just discovered that. I was not logged on. Just on the web site. Thought I would have to log on when tickets were offered. Harsh lesson. However, have now managed to get two tickets but not quite together.
