The man management of some of our players has been absolutely woeful. Talbi must be fuming and bemused seeing a right back and CM ahead of him.

Diarra needs to be taken out for his own good. He may come good in the future but for now he is not the answer. Just because he cost £30m does not mean he has to play every week. Cost us the villa game and not sure he made an accurate pass tonight.

If reinildo is fit he plays. I like Hume he is a good player but RLB insists on shoehorning him in. So poor.

Think the club will take all this into account. Whether or not it is harsh not sure KLD will care but can only see it heading one way

None of us see what happens behind the scenes, including training. There has been illness in the squad and probably many other factors that we don't have knowledge of.

Talbi isn't 'nowhere to be seen' either, for the record. He played last Sunday.
