Anyone else not bothered about it all, we all know what we've achieved and who we have pissed off, time will show these twats will want to be in our favour again down the line. These north east journalists will be eating pie and I hope the club tells them to do one when they come knocking at the door with tails between their legs
 
When Sunderland get relegated, it's terrible for Sunderland. When Newcastle get relegated, it's terrible for the North East. And you can bet your bollocks they'll find a Wearside based business leader whinging about the financial implications to back then up.

Same applies to success, it only benefits the region if Newcastle do it.
 
Any other club achieving what we have this season and, after Arse boring the league to death to win, it would be the biggest news story on Sky. Wall to wall coverage if it was, say, Dirty Leeds, who had done what we have. The fact we made the 'professional' pundits look like the lazy gobshites they are is why they're all avoiding having to praise our success.

As for our regional providers, Look North Korea and TyneTyneTV, were lucky to get the lickings of a dog off them in comparison to the nauseating, ring piece kissing properganda they put out for their B&W darlings. As another posters has put, its only supposed to be negative stories about Sunderland. Positive stuff should only happen in/to Newcastle.

I am wary of long unbeaten runs. They tend to lead to too many draws. Teams get so worried about losing their unbeaten record they fail to target a win.
 
Lots of these pundits and reporters had us finishing 20th, so it shouldn't be a surprise that they don't want to talk about how good we've been when it makes them look so piss poor at their jobs.

What's already interesting are some of those pundits/reporters already doubling down, and saying European football will be our downfall, or making out that Xhaka's age will be a problem.

Expect more of the same when it comes to predictions again from the usual names this summer.

Honestly think some of you live in completely different world to me. I've seen nowt but praise for us this week, Basically all of the media saying Xhaka was the signing of the season and how we've massively beaten the odds and how amazing it is. Lots saying RLB is manager of the season too.

What are you expecting? Wall to wall coverage?
