I remember when Sunderland were top 6 at Christmas having gone on a similar run to Newcastle's current one. Every time a Sunderland supporter mentioned the league position it was met with a 5-1 or a 5under1and retort.

Then lose a few games and get the bed sheets out, then win a few games and go back on rivals messageboards about how great you are. Just remember you are only back to back defeats away from mock funerals and protest walks. That's just the way you are.

When you start getting beat again, will you be chanting for FCB out? Few mags get in the bar, tbf the older ones are ok lads, whereas the 1992ers are like our Peter Reiders..bandwagon jumpers. Looking forward to The World Cup and Pardew tipped as next England boss then??

Hopefully they'll implode like only the mags can. Unfortunately I can see a top 6 finish in the offing and potentially top 4. Hopefully they'll go down next year with all the european hangovers :D
