Honestly, it's not about the results (although we're going to get promoted so that is fine). It's the way he goes about things. He made sure we went back to the manager being in charge, no DoF. He got really involved in community stuff. He gets involved in the youth teams. He is a class act (from our POV). When we were getting relegated under Schteve, we were a club in turmoil. Fans were giving up, turning on the club and team, arguing with each other. A lot like you guys seem to be going through here (as much as I can tell from reading RTG). Rafa really pulled everyone together and we appreciate him for that.
