People on here go on about 6 in a row and how it hurts, to be honest, the one that hurt the most was the 2-1 win in the rain at St James for you lot.Crabbers was commentating for us at Metro Radio and at the final whistle i looked across and he caught my eye, he held up the 1-2 fingers and was dancing about in the rain, then the texts started, he textt me every half hour keeping me awake through the night til 7am and each text simply read 2-1, I was dreading facing him at work the next day but as i went in he came across and hugged me and i thought he knows he's went to far, then he whispered in my ear "2-1 ya fooker" ...... To his credit years later he asked me to record some Geordie music for his nan who was dying, after she passed he sent me an emal saying how much it meant to see her singing along to these songs and seeing her happy, he then finished the email with "i will never forget what you have done for me and i will be eternally grateful .....and i will never forget the 2-1 in the rain.
Still have the utmost respect for him though
 
Premier team reserves beat Third Division team reserves, that's it really.
