Mag at work (I know I know)

I think I'd try this:

You must be logged on to see media items

Hopefully get a free season ticket or sommit

So what's different about the mags? They've been relegated twice in recent years and they still kick off.

Because they believe they should be doing better given their potential. And they are right. Where they get deluded is saying things like they could finish 7th next year with the current team. That is delusion. People are so precious here and in Sunderland that they think anything you say about another team is an act of treachery. A small town mentality. We should be doing better, but the bottom line is we can only get managers who are new and hopeful or looking for one more pay day, like Moyes. Our club is world known but unfortunately we are also well known as being unorganized, clueless and unambitious.....and suckers for transfers. Hence all the 'we have no money talk'....they don't want agents offering us shite as we were an easy sale for them before....we have money, and will spend.

Another pat on the back thread?

Have you ever thought that maybe your inability to form a protest or stand up to owner/manager is the reason you never improve or do anything other than finish 17th every season?

You have all the ingredients to be a big club, a large fanbase, a fantastic stadium (apart from the pink seats) but would rather just sit on your hands and happy clap than potentially strive for a change to fulfill that potential, so as not to be seen as "being like the mags"

It might not always have worked and it might look cringey at times but sometimes fans have to stand up for the club they love, it might achieve nothing and it might go tits up, but at least you can say you tried.

FIVE minutes is it all it took for you to find and reply to this.:lol:
You protest too much and have been relegated twice in seven years, so keep your advice.

Difficult to sit on your hands AND happy clap. Unless your clapping your arse cheeks.

You're exactly right.
If we'd boycoutted the club and held funerals and had bedsheets telling the world we wanted the Texas mafia out, I'm sure we would be in a much better position now.

Didnt answer the question though, did you want the others to stay? Just because you did fuck all about that to show your feelings doesnt mean it wasnt widely discussed on here and felt by many fans.
that means fuck all
This board is full of mental bi polar headcases and in no way represents the average fan.

Asked why Moyes wasn't getting shit off the fans stating "He was shit at Man utd, shit in Spain, and now, with squad that's better on paper that at least six or seven teams is doing shit at your place too, yet your fans haven't turned on him". He almost seemed annoyed we weren't going off it for some reason.

This place (wrongly it seems) gives the impression that everyone wants Moyes out.

Dunno what the take is from those who ring in phone ins but on the news it showed our fans boarding the buses for Burnley and none of them said they blamed Moyes.

And I've heard no Moyes out chants at the matches, more a pop at the owner.

Quite refreshing actually, given our predicament, that the fans still haven't turned on the manager and recognise where the real problems lie.

Class supporters. Those up the road would have had their latest sack the manager bedsheet protests out by now.

People who ring phone ins know absolutely nothing at all about football or watch it. All their opinions are based on what Benno says, which commentary wise is absolutely nothing. Bizarre breed

How do you do that ya black and white bastard?

We need to protest the owner. That will happen soon.

Moyes is not the issue, though.
