Nowt to do with sovereignty or Brexit as you’re trying to imply.
All these tourist destinations can already apply whatever surcharges they wish.
Try another one, to add to the thousands of anti Brexit false flags already in the bin.

This charge is coming from the EU, not individual countries.

The proposed charge has not yet been voted on or ratified.
If passed it would apply to other countries, not only the U.K. and would be a one off charge valid for three years.
It’s intended purpose is to beef up security and prevent undesirables crossing the Schengen borders,
which is something of a sick joke in view of the mess they’ve already created
and like their other half baked ideas, would probably be about as much use as a chocolate teapot.
Yet another case of trying to shut the stable doors after the horse has bolted
