Only get 3 points for a draw mate, them 3 points and the bonus points would of been handy now... Can't really complain too much for going for the win
 

out of our hands, but this round of games going about as well as they could. hope they all slip up again next time around too.
 
They left themselves with 78 overs. With 85 overs left Yorkies were batting time, god knows why they didn't lash out and declare earlier
 
Warwickshire can bat sensibly until tea then have a go afterwards if it's still on. I will never forgive the Tykes if they lose this, but think the draw will be favourite here. Which gives us just a 7 point lead at the top I think.

draw does neither side any favours.

both will go all out for the win

cant believe a bowling attack of Sidebottom, Rashid, Bresnan (when he plays) and Shahzad could get relegated.

Hants HAVE to win both to even have a chance of staying up......."cricket will be the winner, etc" if both next weeks games are drawn. I cant see it, though stranger things have happened. Shane Warne opening Liz Hurleys pair, frinstance.

Hampshire have been in some form recently too, so lets hope they can do us a couple of massive favours, if the weather can't. And hopefully Trescothick will be back for Somerset by the last day of the season so they have some chance of beating Lancs.

It could end up being a case of which team gets the most bonus points in the last round of games as to who wins the league.
 
All we can do is try and bag a 24 point maximum in our last game. That would mean Warks would need 31 points from 2 games and Lancs would need 34 points from 2 games. Both teams could get that with a good win and a draw (although Lancs would need to only drop a single bonus point) but if either lose a game they would be struggling.

If next week is a washout we would be huge favourites so lets get the rain dances going.
