As a former bowler myself I do sympathise with the no ball problem. Statements like it cannot be that hard, are so far from the mark from people who genuinely struggle. No matter where you mark your run up, it is convincing your brain to trust the distance, and resist the temptation to mess about with your stride pattern. Look at Harrison's run up. The start of it has that quirky bouncing which suggests they are trying things to resolve it.
