NEVER SEEN him play...is he as good as what the media are making him out to be

As usual, he's being overhyped. No better than medium fast with the ball, but he's got all the tools to go on to be great.

Shame they couldn't force a result, hey ho.

Looking at the bowling figures, did 3 bowlers all bowl part of one over here? Can't have happened too many times.

No ... Jones couldn't finish an over, so Cork finished it. He then pulled up lame in his next over and someone else finished that one. Still looks very odd on the scorecard.

he looks a great batsmen Stokes but generally his bowling looks poor. He will need to majorly improve his bowling to bowl in Tests but if he can improve his ecconomy rate he will be good enough for ODI bowling.

It's looking like not enforcing the follow on could have cost us imo

I agree there, don't care about being one bowler down or the temperature during the day but when you have just taken 4 quick wickets, the openers would not have been happy about going in 10 minutes later!

Not taking wickets in a full session was bad but this was in my opinion the reason why we did not win!

or the reason why we did not win is that on a pretty flat surface not doing much we dont have that extra something such as a high quality leggie or mystery spinner on a day 4 track.

Hampshire have a pretty decent batting line up, including a number of saffers and it just highlights the strength of sides in div 1

Yorkshire may have beat Worcs inside 3 days but Worcs are crap (how many worc players would you take in our side)

Fairly gutted at not getting the win but not overy concerned.

shame for both rocky & harmy but this thought cheers me up -

whilst i would have enforced and think this would have given us a much better chance, we would never have seen stokes' 135* knock which in the long run may be far more important for us/him than dropping a few points.

3 players averaging 100+ with the bat, who said we cant score runs?
