done well down under, worked with shane warne & mushtaq ahmed amongst others, was one of our best bowlers both in dubai and at the racecourse, deserves his place IMO

Didnt realise Jimmy was playing today. He is being rested until the May Day showers arrive in a month or so.

Its a shame all cricket in the English season isnt played in these types of conditions as our bowlers would then not struggle so much on sub continent wickets

I'll give you that one. On the other hand Sri Lanka and India will do well this year if the weather stays like this

Durham looked in good nick - the odd scare as Stoneman fenced outside off at cork - until Divo gave his wicket away. Stupid shot. stoneman just seemed to get a good ball that he played inside to. stokes looking good already. 2nd session, first ball and Muchall nearly caught!A

Nice to see in an unbiased sort of way, although he must be 32 now so his England chances have gone, and I doubt after so many bad injuries if he'll ever play more than 10 games a season again anyway.
