Should have won the league this year, player for player were as good as anything else in the league and with the huge amount of cricket washed out, will be a very low points total that wins the league

I think the batsmen disproved this theory tbh

But of course we can bounce back strongly with these bowlers

Stokes, Collingwood, Benkenstein, Mustard is better than any other 4,5,6,7 in the league

Had a couple of heavy defeats early on, players all out of form at same time and good players at that, just taken a while to get a sneaky win and now the confidence has returned.

They are very good players but the Riverside conditions have completely nullified their value and that of Borthwick as a spinner.
 
Our remaining home games are against Worcs and Sussex and we have away games at Notts and Lancs.

I would have though 2 wins (especially against our relegation rivals Worcs and Lancs) would be enough to make us safe.

Aye yet some people claim age as an excuse :lol:

Thorp, Benks and Collingwood have been excellent recently but to be fair Thorp has been very good all season as our bowling stats say.
