Is his movement here enough to influence any player around him. If roles were reversed I'm sure a lot of people would be arguing he doesn't do enough to be classed as interfering. I'd be pretty annoyed if it was reversed at least.

He moves towards the ball and his head is inches from the ball which will cause others to hesitate.

Of course he's interfering man
