That is allowed though, it's literally what Silva did for City and the goal was allowed. Loads of teams do it all the time.

I couldnt care what city did, its offside, stand in front of the keeper, move away after the kick then challenge for the ball, its always offside

Sorry mate as you do a great job but this is clear as day offside. Clark is in an offside position and comes back into play and goes for the ball. It doesn’t matter if he touches it or not he’s still interfering with play as he’s gone for the ball.
