1) Hasn’t got the physique at set pieces, that’s why he’s always wrestling opponents instead of just winning the ball like Ballard or Alderete.
2) Hasn’t got the pace.
3) Drifts towards the ball, leaving the person he’s marking.

But he can

1) Pass a ball with both feet
2) Carry the ball forward.

A higher end Championship player, which tbh is a lot better than the rest of us.

This is the most accurate post regarding O'nien I've clapped eyes on in here and to be honest its nothing new is it. You can add in being pinned too easily as a number 4 for the negatives and great attitude as a 3 for the positives.

Ultimately he simply isn't a PL level centre half right now and I'd question if he even has the tools to be one.
