Don’t know how many times I’ve clicked refresh on here tonight!
I know the feeling, but for once I’m actually not worried about this one, we had his chairman saying he was coming so I’m quite confident, which is unusual for me, I’m usually only convinced when I see the scarf above the head pic :)

I’ve got a really good feeling about this lad. We’ve not had a decent genuine box to box midfield player for too long.

Talking to aWycombe fan on holiday here, absolutely gutted he's going. Said, We were looking forward to the new season and we are about to sell their best player. Reckons he pulled all the strings for them.
Hopefully that will be two class midfield players with McGuegh(sp).

The Interview from Ainsworth epitomises the “way it is” down the lower leagues and the pecking order that determines the destiny of players.
You simply have to let your talent go to survive and that is reality.
It is difficult to explain to your kids as to why the best players leave your club however it’s the food chain as I call it with my club not towards the top.

Replacing this is the respect you get from other fans. Not all but mainly those who actually go and who get it. I refer to the bigger clubs who basically can sign who they want. Sunderland May have temporarily fallen from grace but with 21,000 plus season tickets they simply don’t belong down here. The promising players will be attracted to Sunderland and why wouldn’t they.

I refer to respect and in my travels up and down the Country my kids have met some cracking fans of the bigger clubs. The respect shown as they actually support their club is lifting.i know the vast majority of your fans are superb as are your nearest and dearest. They get the loyalty with football which commands respect.
From Adams Park to the SOL that young lad deserves the move, a reward no doubt for the dedication. This is the type of players you should go for and appear to be doing so. There has been some depressing Saturday nights on here and reckon this season it will change. Always said you needed to bottom out and I reckon it’s one way back up now.
