I prefer a 2 year, it goes well first year, give him more money or cash in, it goes bad we aren't stuck with him for years - Cats and Rodwell for example.

Don't want loads of league 1 standard players sitting on their contracts while we're trying to move on up to the Premier League, if they prove to be good enough then we can give them a contract extension.
