He's made some absolute catastrophic mistakes too. He's shown physically why he can be a problem.

I said it pre season and have in the past.
No one should under estimate the mental strength and determination of someone like Luke O’Nien to succeed.
I honestly don’t think the detractors understand his mentality and mindset.
What he’s doing simply doesn’t surprise me.
Also I think that most of us would rate Regis Le Bris’s knowledge of football and he trusts Luke O’Nien, I mean he never moved him on.
