You lads always wonder why Newcastle fans post on here - it's probably because it's our second most active forum. I know you lot don't have a lot to talk about with your own shambles of a club, but it's unbelievable how many NUFC threads are on the first few pages.

We know full well why you lot post on here.

You don't have a board anywhere near as successful or interesting as this one (neither do most clubs in the country to be fair, so you are not alone). You can argue all you like as to why that should be but I reckon its because Sunderland fans are great

We don't take ourselves too seriously, we can accept the views of a fellow fan without immediately arguing with them and for the most part we are decent people. It's amazing how many other clubs message boards will ban you merely for putting forward an alternative point of view. You don't get good debates by doing that. In fact you don't get any debates by doing that.

We climb out of the bottom three while they drop into it.

As I said during the week, Benitez is now in serious danger of getting them relegated twice from the premier league in a season and a half in charge. That's a ratio of more than one relegation for each season he has managed them in the premier league.

How many times did you get Newcastle relegated Rafa?

Next up is a defeat to away to a resurgent West Ham, and that will be followed by an absolute f***ing cricket score against Man City. They'll potentially (other results dependant) see in the new year a few points adrift in the bottom 3. But don't forget, if Newcastle lose 378 games in a row, it isn't Rafa's fault, he just needs the kind of money thrown around by the FFP breaking, big-spenders like Huddersfield - which is obviously why they're 6 points above Newcastle...(despite spending massively less than Newcastle last season and this, and having to simultaneously cope with not having the greatest manager in the history of the cosmos)
