If we don't get promoted I can see the team getting torn apart.

The lure of Premiership football and mega wages will be too tempting and I don't blame them for taking it.

The only positive will be Speakman will have plenty of cash to find more gems.

That’s the thing though, if any of Ballard, Neil, Clarke leave the chances are we’re going to be buying replacements in the Ba, Rusyn, Bennette, Seelt bracket. If we do, we’re going nowhere quick.

We haven’t took advantage of having Ballard and Clarke here, imo.
 
Let's hope shit like this isn't posted between now and January 31st. If he goes he goes. Who will he go to though? He won't join a bottom half team in a relegation fight to end up in the Championship again 5 months later and he isn't good enough to warrant a bid from a top team.
 
We're not going to sell players in January man. If we don't get promoted then I imagine we will then, but even then it's not definite.

I don’t think we will based on other clubs don’t value him as much as we do. Burnley were the only bidder in the summer and their offers were insulting.

If someone bids £25m on the last day of the window that’s a different story.

Based on the last 2 games we‘re miles off being promotion candidates. 5 defeats in 12 suggests we could be close to 20 losses over a full season.

Oh I agree with you there. I don't think we're anywhere near promotion.

It was absolutely the right time. He still wouldn’t be playing now. Made zero difference. A couple of defeats sends people crazy.
