And people use to say we were just being paranoid it’s been apparent for years man. Football is just an easy way to expose their bias when in reality it runs through everything and every walk of life and always has. They’ve got some really f***ing weird sense of self grandeur it’s proper weird for a city that has some of the most deprived areas in the north east and take away the city centre and Newcastle the city has little to offer. That’s before they claim parts of Northumberland North Shields South Shields and anything else not nailed down. It’s why when I get asked by people outside the region why we hate them I tell them it isn’t just because of football , football is just the outlet. For the 9 miles or so that separate us we are like a different breed.
