Not a patch on Sunderland in terms of facilities and amenities imho so we'll agree to differ. Some of the suburbs and surrounding areas are better than Sunderland and Newcastle. There again, I would say 80% of Newcastle suburbs are much worse than Sunderland's.

Sunderland has also improved massively with about £2billion of funding in the last 5 or 6 years and more to come but it sounds like you're not familiar with Sunderland.
 
Make him clean it throughly with a toothbrush!!...paying particular attention to the piss stains he left there!!..And while Sunderland supporters look upon with sheer disgust!!
Most importantly...replace the flowers he desecrated so disgracefully!!
And maybe..just maybe.. it may teach him humility..morality...understanding!!
